Zaprionus indianus, Puu Hapapa. It's very distinctive with white stripes extending all along the body. This widespread tramp species was only discovered in Hawaii a few months ago, but it already occurs throughout the Waianae range, sometimes as only a few individuals and sometimes in large numbers like this.
