The old mitigation ponds at Tripler, above the hose-fed "stream" where Megalagrion xanthomelas lives as of 2014. The concrete ponds, the fence surrounding them, and even the shadecloth covering them are largely intact, though they have grass growing inside. The wooden scaffold over pond 1 (the most mauka) has partially collapsed, while the shadecloth on pond 2 has a heavy load of fallen leaves. The pump looks mostly intact from a distance, aside from one cut pipe, though due to the locked gate I couldn't check the wiring.
