Galls and nymphs of Paurotriozana adaptata, an endemic psyllid found only on the last tree of Cryptocarya oahuensis, holio. Kaluaa Gulch. Another species of holio, C. mannii (with which this was formerly synonymized), occurs on Kauai but the psyllid does not.
