Drosophila ambochila feeding on the liquid oozing from a dying Urera glabra tree. Central Kaluaa Gulch. The tree was killed by scolytid beetles and heavily infected with fungus, making it apparently unsuitable as a Drosophila breeding site, but the adults were still feeding on the exudate.
